Snapshot - All In

"Campus Outreach helped me understand that God loves me and taught me how to live with Him as the Lord of my life."  —Tdoon

Tdoon was first exposed to Campus Outreach during his first year at Chiang Mai University, and his interest in the gospel was immediate. He took every opportunity to participate in retreats, studies, and social gatherings and went to Summer Project in 2019. His draw toward truth remained consistent, and when the campus shut down during the pandemic, Tdoon stayed to continue spending time with ministry friends. “It never felt like Tdoon was rejecting truth,” Dan Lewis, CO staff, shared, “but strong ties with his family and the pressures of Thai culture made it hard for him to commit.” Returning to Beach Project in 2022 allowed Tdoon to hear an illustration concerning the inevitability of choosing for or against Christ; you can’t live with your feet “in two boats.” Tdoon decided to be all in for Christ and went home to tell his family about his new commitment.

As part of God’s good plan for his life, Tdoon had more school to finish after his time at Summer Project. Dan met with him regularly and built on the years of teaching from past involvement. Dan reinforced the gospel, equipping him to talk with his parents and friends about his beliefs. Even now, after graduation, Tdoon consistently travels 40 minutes on his motorbike to remain involved with the ministry. He is very connected at the local church, where he regularly plays the cajón with the praise team and has shared his testimony with the church body.
