Logan Pendley works as the LEAD supervisor in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her job is to lead, develop, and care for the LEAD staff on their team throughout their 2-year experience. She seeks to help them accomplish the four LEAD goals: Learn yourself, Engage the World, Advance the Mission, and Develop as a Leader.

Kennedy, Abby, and Jenn are three staff members finishing their 2-year commitment in South Africa. They are currently in a season of processing the next steps as their initial commitment to ministry comes to a close. They are thinking through and reflecting on what God has done in and through them over the past months, and many of Logan’s conversations aim to spur them on as they prayerfully ask, “What’s next?” Would you pray that as they process options, such as going back to work in the United States, going back to school, staying in ministry, or coming back to South Africa to continue working for Campus Outreach, that God would not only give them clarity but also give them the strength to move forward while trusting Him? Pray for wisdom for Logan as she seeks to aid them.
