Tomorrow almost 100 Campus Outreach staff members will be meeting in Indianapolis for the first Ethnic Diversity Summit since 2019. This will be a time spent focused on fellowship, encouragement, and resourcing all staff in hopes of creating and cultivating healthy diversity on CO staff teams and campuses.  Tim Byrd, the Regional Director at Campus Outreach Lusaka, will be teaching about fulfilling one’s roles in ministry as “The Family of God” with all the views, opinions, hurts, etc. that individuals carry with them.

Please stop and take a moment to pray for those involved in the different aspects of this summit. A few specific requests are mentioned below for your convenience:

• Ask the Lord to do a great work and be glorified among His gathered people this week

• Ask that people would listen well and have ears to hear what He has for each person 

• Ask that there would be joy in learning from brothers and sisters in Christ whether from a similar or different background/ethnicity

• Ask for the Lord’s wisdom on how to build one another up and pursue diversity in a way that makes much of Him and His Word
